went to MOS...just came back...went to support my friend mark with my friends... joshua, kenny and kenneth...sign joshua and kenneth...kenny got free ticket...anyway the whole things was happen and we were like cheering for mark all the way.....GUESS WAT!!! Mark WON.... he is Mr SMU 2007...all other Guys were have the sian look...cause all their effort got them nothing...mark is going to Treat us dinner on sunday.. haha so happy...all were tired and got classes the next day... go we left at 1230... send kenny joshua and Mark home cause mark got alot of things to carry back....then i had a slow drive back... now lay on my brothers bed skype(ing) with girlfriend hahaah...tired!!! and i am hungry!!! anyway i must lose weight!!!!!

Sony Shows It's Colour (New PSP Slim)

The new PSP, in technical terms, is fugly. The updated colors include the obligatory Piano Black, Ceramic White, Ice Silver, and then...Rose Pink, Lavender Purple and Felicia Blue—notice there's no Fireball Orange or Blood Red. Apparently the new PSP is a kinder, gentler machine with wussy casing that will operate in stark contrast to God of War flaming blade fatalities. Bonus back shot after the jump.

Chemical used to make this might harm your baby

Then you may want to take extra care with how you cook your food and what you have at home. Two studies published in the past month suggest that a chemical used in everyday items like non-stick pans, fast-food containers,carpets and furniture are slowing babies growth and brain development, reported The Independent yesterday.
The studies from the US and Demark found that babies with higher levels of the chemical in their umbilical cords were born smaller with reduced head sizes
The differences are small, but reductions in weight and brain development at birth have been associated with health problems throughout life, said the report.
COMMONLY FOUND CHEMICAL
The chemical, perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), is used all over the world. It is even in rain and water supplies. The second study done in the US and Demark had similar findings for birth weight.
The Studies were published in the prestigious journal Enviromental Health Perspevtives.
They are important because the suggest that PFOA is damaging at much lower levels in the blood than had been realised. Previous studies on rats showed that the chemical affects birth size only at levels many thousands of times higher.
The results are bound to cause controversy over the chemical used to make non-stick pans and stain-resistant coating for fabrics.
It has previously been highlighted as a possible cause of cancers, but this is the most damning evidence of damage to date, said The Indepentant
Non-Stick Pans left on cookers and in ovens to heat up without food in them are known to give off the chemical at high tempertures.
Dupont, the only US manufacturer of PFOA, has announced plans to phase it out, but not until 2015.
The Company claims that there are no human health effects known to be caused by PFOA.

National Life-saving still water

just came home...so tired...gonna die soon...body battery low...wake up quite early this morning...like 8am...very early compare to 10am - 10.30am.. drove out of the house and suddenly remembered that i forgot to bring my swimming trunks,which i needed it for my swimming coaching later in the afternoon, so had to u-turn back and take...then went to Sentosa. Stay there for a while and went for coaching. the event passes damn slowly and i couldn't take it so i left...coaching at NSRCC was a killer i took Silver,Gold and Gold Star. there are a total of 10+++ student.. so i had to look after then by swimming up and down the pool..after coaching i fetch Joshua to his friends house and went back to Sentosa.. the whole ended at around 10pm. we got men and women champion and the overall champion. after taking all the photos we went back Temasek poly to bath and went for dinner... send the rest home and finally i am home... the whole day didn't manage to take much photo except photos of Huiling.. hahaha

Last night i went to St James Power Station

last night i went to St james Power station... there was alot of people.. when i reached there with joshua there wasn't any queue...i sign him in.. we order a Jug of Tiger beer... so i had 3 cups and joshua had only 2...we were waiting for joshua's secondary schoolmate to arrive...listen to the music.. the music was ok not so bad...when his friend arrived he intro us quite a few gals...dance awhile only..then went back to boilers room.. stand there and listen and my left and right got so many gals dancing..and they keep banging onto me..hahaha maybe want to take my number i guess... then suddenly felt very tired then want to go home..when we were outside...we saw alot of guys and gals drunk and puking all the way...i only remember this very pretty gal and a damn freaking fat guy sitting at the sofa...the guy was ok but the gal was totally gone and vomiting all the way...her tube was falling off but lucky there was a female friend to pull it up for her and she was wear a skirt and the skirt was all the way up till the stomach and we could see her sexy BLack panty.. hahah couldnt take a picture to post it... but nvm la...see got other chance or not...hhehehe...after looking we walk to VIVO to collect our car and left.....haha

My New handphone

Last friday... i went to suntec to change my N73 Music Edition to a E65...wanted to change it for a long time but dont know wat phone to chage so my friend told me that the E65 was a not bad phone so i went all the way to suntec city. to trade in my N73 for a E65... pay an extra of 298 dollars for it...after then i went for class... hehehe

3 new Fishes

This morning when i woke up...i suddenly realise that i ran out of fish food... so i ask my mother if i could borrow the car and drive to my friends fish shop...since she is not going to office she agree to let me drive there.... when i reached there i bought a few packet of fish food... and my friend show me some of the new shipment that just came in this morning.... so he chose 3 of the best goldfish there... so i bought them at $6 each....

Garage Sale At My House This Weekend

There will be a garage sale on Sunday at my place. A bit embarrassing really, but because of my current situation (debts, living expenses, etc.) I'm finding it a bit difficult with money at the moment. I've decided to have a garage sale and hopefully I'll make some bucks.


Desperate times call for desperate measures!! I am sure that I will get out of this mess sooner or later but in the meantime, ya gotta do what ya gotta do!!
