My Back Hurts

two days ago....was trying out rope throw and i suddenly sprain my back and it still hurts today...but i still went training... after training went to have dinner opposite TP. the coffee shop opposite KFC. then went to Diona's grandmothers Wake at blk 313 hougang ave 5...stay there for a while and gave $50 dollars to her... can see she was very sad but she still try her best to enertain me and talk to me.. left the place at 1230am...yup....
